| Description | This bundle contains a recording that describes the steps to make tortillas, from the time the corn is cooked till it is a tortilla and photos that show all of the steps involved. This recording was transcribed and some of the photos were used to make a small book documenting this process to be used for pedagogical purposes. The text was given in the east room downstairs inside of Rufino Quintas López's house. Recorded with a Tascam HD-P2 Solid state field recorder and Shure SM10A Head-worn Microphones. |
