Description | The five musical pieces are interpreted by Urfiro Wático, inhabitant of the San Juan river, settled in Docampadó. They are traditional Wounaan dances which alude to wild birds and animals of the region. Some names of animals, places, and people, etc, cannot be translated; but they can be described briefly. Recorded between 07/26/-- and 07/27/--between 1964 & 1968. |
